Delivery and Returns

FREE delivery on all online orders.
We do not deliver outside of Australia and New Zealand.

Please allow 2 - 4 working days for your order to be dispatched and a further 2 - 3 working days for delivery*. All orders are sent by Australia Post, TNT or Couriers Please. Your delivery address will determine which courier service your order is sent by. All PO boxes are sent via Australia Post.
 
It is the customer’s responsibility to track their order once it has been dispatched; however Tony Bianco is more than happy to provide assistance. We recommend you have your parcel sent to your work or other suitable daytime delivery address to ensure that someone is available to accept the delivery.
 

All international orders may also be subject to local customs, duties and taxes. You are wholly responsible and liable for these charges. Tony Bianco accepts no responsibility for any additional charges and cannot accept a return and refund of those goods if the charges are not paid. Please refer to your local customs authority for more information

TNT Orders

2 – 3 working days for delivery
If your order is sent via TNT and no one is available to accept delivery, a calling card will be left for you to contact the courier to arrange re-delivery. Your parcel will be directed to the nearest depot and await further instruction from the receiver/customer. You may collect your parcel from the nearest depot, arrange a re-delivery to the same address, arrange a re-delivery to an alternative address or authorise a re-delivery that does not require a signature. If a re-delivery is not requested within a maximum of 2 weeks, your parcel will be returned to sender.
 
Couriers Please Orders

If your order is sent via Couriers Please and no one is available to accept delivery, a calling card will be left for you to contact the courier to arrange re-delivery. Your parcel will be held with the driver for 48 hours and if re-delivery is not requested within this time frame your parcel will be directed to the nearest depot to be returned to sender.
 
Australia Post Orders

3 – 10 working days for delivery
We happily deliver to PO boxes, however these orders are sent via Australia Post. If your order is sent via Australia Post and no one is available to accept delivery a calling card will be left for you to contact your nearest Post Office. Standard delivery time is between 3 - 10 working days for orders within Australia and 7-14 working days for orders within New Zealand. Sorry No C.O.D's.
 
Express Post Orders (via Australia Post)

We will happily send your order via express post to you if you require it sooner than our normal delivery time frame. Please place your order through our website and then call our customer service team on free call line 1800 790 799, quoting your order number, to make your express post payment. Express post costs vary depending on what you have ordered.
 
*Unfortunately we are unable to dispatch or deliver orders on Victorian public holidays. In this instance, please allow a slight delay of 3 - 10 working days for delivery from your order date.
 
 
Online Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your online purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept exchange or return of unworn merchandise returned to our online store within 30 days of the order date. This does not apply to foot care and jewellery. For the purchase of pre-orders, the 30 period will apply from the dispatch date provided. Dates will vary per style. Please note Tony Bianco retail stores do not accept any returns or exchanges of purchases made online.
 
Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and be in the original condition as when it was received, this includes the shoe box. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returns/exchanges. Tony Bianco recommends sending return parcels via registered post as we are not liable if your return is not received at our PO Box address. If your parcel goes missing you will be required to provide two pieces of documentation; a proof of delivery at our PO Box address and a scanned image of the signature obtained upon delivery. If you cannot provide this information, Tony Bianco will not be held accountable for any losses.
 
Exchanges
For exchange of size, colour or style, please contact our customer service team on 1800 790 799 to secure your exchange request and note your request on your invoice (enclosed with your purchase) and send to; Tony Bianco Shoes, PO Box 374, Abbotsford, Victoria, 3067. Once your return is received your exchange will be dispatched and email confirmation will be sent.
 
Refunds
To return merchandise for a refund, please send the shoes back to; Tony Bianco Shoes, PO Box 374, Abbotsford, Victoria, 3067 via registered post. Please include a note stating your order number and that you require a refund. We will credit your original method of payment or alternatively can issue a credit against your VIP account, excluding shipping charges and sales tax on shipping charges (unless goods are defective or not as originally ordered). Worn merchandise cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault.
 
 
Retail In-Store Returns Policy
Please choose carefully as we do not refund for change of mind or if you simply make a wrong choice. We will happily exchange or issue a Credit Note on goods returned in original condition, within 14 days and on presentation of store receipt. Change of mind policy does not apply to goods reduced in price for sale purposes or on the sale of accessories. We will refund on manufacturing faults in accordance with the relevant legislation, however we reserve the right to repair or replace where applicable and goods may require assessment.
 
 
Faulty Products

All online purchases claimed as faulty will need to be sent back to the online store for an official assessment by the Tony Bianco product development team.
