Orders shipped to countries other than Australia are delivered via DHL's Global Express Shipping service, under a global solution called Borderfree. See the below International Order FAQ for relevant information on this service.

WHAT IS BORDER FREE?

Borderfree is a global ecommerce solution that allows us to present our international shoppers with product prices in the currency of their choice, aggressive international shipping costs, and the lowest possible guaranteed order total. The Borderfree solution allows us to serve the best possible shopping experience to our international customers, so you can always buy from us with certainty.

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS UPON RECEIPT OF MY ORDER?

No. The order total presented will be the exact amount you will be billed by Borderfree. As long as you select to prepay duties and taxes, the order total presented at checkout is the exact amount you’ll be billed by Borderfree, and there will be no additional costs due upon delivery.

HOW WILL I KNOW HOW MUCH MY ORDER WILL COST?

Borderfree will calculate and display an order total in your preferred currency at checkout, including all shipping costs to your international destination, as well as any applicable duties and taxes imposed by the Customs and Revenue authorities in the destination country.

WHAT CURRENCIES DOES BORDER FREE SUPPORT?

Currently Borderfree supports billing in more than 60 global currencies, with more being added continuously.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DOES BORDERFREE SUPPORT?

Currently, Borderfree supports Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and China UnionPay.

CAN I REDEEM REWARDS ON MY ORDERS?

International customers are not eligible to receive or redeem rewards for all international orders. 

HOW MUCH DOES INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COST?

The international shipping cost will be calculated during the Borderfree global checkout and is calculated based on the shipping speed, the number of items purchased, the weight of the items, the destination country, and all applicable duties and taxes.

WHEN AM I BILLED?

Borderfree will bill your credit card once your order has been shipped.

HOW ARE DUTY AND TAXES CHARGED ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities and is determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the merchandise purchased, the classification of the merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries Borderfree supports, and the Value Added Tax (VAT) rates set by the destination country. You will be able to view the guaranteed total amount of applicable duty and tax/VAT for your Toni Bianco order within the Borderfree global checkout.

ARE THERE ANY ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE SHIPPED BECAUSE THEY ARE RESTRICTED?

Borderfree will notify you if for some reason certain items cannot be shipped to your country.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Please click here to track your International packages(s). Tracking can also be done from your Order Shipment Confirmation.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You may be able to cancel a Tony Bianco order as long as your order has not been shipped. If order status is "shipped," it cannot be cancelled.
