We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your online purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept refund on unworn merchandise returned to our online store within 30 days of receipt. Unfortunately we do not do exchanges for all international orders.
The online returns policy does not apply to foot care, cosmetics, eyewear, hats, scarves, watches and jewellery. For the purchase of pre-orders, the 30 day period will apply from the dispatch date provided. Dates will vary per style.
For international returns we have partnered with DHL to create a returns service within 30 days of receipt. In order to authorise a return, or other general inquiries please contact customer service at email@example.com. Customer service will provide you with a required Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Another method of shipping the parcel back can be organised if DHL is not the preferred method, but all costs do need to be covered by the customer.
Returned merchandise should be in the original condition as when it was received, and this includes the shoe box. For all international returns, the customer is liable for the return fee for all requested refunds. Return fees and instructions will be calculated for you in an email once a return has been authorised and will differ depending on your location.
