All international orders are shipped via Borderfree. You will be quoted a specific delivery promise at the time of checkout that is based on your selected destination country and the shipping methods available for the items in your shopping cart.
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping address on the order, and the available shipping options. At checkout, you will see an estimated delivery timeframe for each available shipping option before you submit your order. Estimated delivery times do not include customs clearance or held shipment due to payment of duties/taxes.
Please note that your order will be coming from Australia, therefore please take into consideration the following estimated delivery times.
Express Shipping: 5-10 business days
Standard Shipping: 10-18 business days
Times may be longer if you have placed your order during the hours we are not in operation. We are open Monday to Friday 9AM-5PM AEST.
Unfortunately, we are not able to change out the items in an order once the order has been placed. You may cancel your order and place a new one by contacting customer service, but due to time differences between Australia and other countries, we cannot guarantee customer service will receive your request before the order ships. If the item has been shipped, there is no way that we can change the order. If you are unsatisfied with your order please visit our returns policy.
Please note that if your shoe is on Pre-Order, the estimated dispatch delivery date is included under the product description. You will be notified once your order has been shipped. If you select Express shipping, your order will be shipped via Express when your shoe is in stock and not from the date it was placed. If your order has more than one product included that is not Pre-order, your entire order will ship when your Pre-Order shoe is in stock. Items will not be shipped separately.
