HOW TO MEASURE
Stand with the back of your heels against a straight wall to best measure your feet. Measure from the back of your heel to the longest point of your foot in millimeters / inches which will be your foot length. It is normal to have one foot longer than the other, so please base your size selection on the larger foot.
For heel height, this is measured from the lowest point to the highest point of the heel.
