Returns PolicyWe want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we will gladly accept exchange or return of the unworn merchandise within 30 days of the order date. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and be in the original condition as when it was received. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returns/exchanges. For exchange of size, colour or style, please note your request on the invoice (enclosed with your purchase) and send to: Tony Bianco Shoes, PO Box 374, Abbotsford, Victoria, 3067. No re-delivery fee applies within Australia however there is a $15.00 re-delivery fee within New Zealand. Please note Tony Bianco retail stores do not accept any returns or exchanges of purchases made online. To return merchandise for a refund, please follow the same instructions as above indicating your requirements. We will credit your original method of payment or alternatively can issue a credit against your VIP account, excluding shipping charges and sales tax on shipping charges (unless goods are defective or not as ordered). Worn merchandise cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault. |
