Within Australia
•  $14.95 delivery fee for any amount of items

Within New Zealand
•  $30.00 delivery fee for any amount of items

We do not deliver outside of Australia and New Zealand.

All orders are delivered via registered Australia Post and therefore we recommend your work or other suitable daytime
address to ensure someone is available to accept your order. If no one is available to accept delivery, a card will be
left for you and the parcel will be taken to your nearest Post Office where you can collect it. We happily deliver to
P.O. Boxes. Standard delivery time is between 3-10 working days for orders within Australia and 7-14 working days for
orders within New Zealand. Sorry No C.O.D's.
  Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we will gladly accept exchange or return of the unworn merchandise within 30 days of the order date. This does not apply to hosiery. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and be in the original condition as when it was received. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returns/exchanges. For exchange of size, colour or style, please note your request on the invoice (enclosed with your purchase) and send to: Tony Bianco Shoes, PO Box 374, Abbotsford, Victoria, 3067. No re-delivery fee applies.

Please note Tony Bianco retail stores do not accept any returns or exchanges of purchases made online.

To return merchandise for a refund, please follow the same instructions as above indicating your requirements. We will credit your original method of payment or alternatively can issue a credit against your VIP account, excluding shipping charges and sales tax on shipping charges (unless goods are defective or not as ordered). Worn merchandise cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault.
