FREE delivery for all online orders
We do not deliver outside of Australia and New Zealand. All orders are delivered via registered Australia Post and therefore we recommend your work or other suitable daytime address to ensure someone is available to accept your order. If no one is available to accept delivery, a card will be left for you and the parcel will be taken to your nearest Post Office where you can collect it. We happily deliver to P.O. Boxes. Standard delivery time is between 3-10 working days for orders within Australia and 7-14 working days for orders within New Zealand. Sorry No C.O.D's. |
| Online Returns Policy |

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we will gladly accept exchange or return of the
unworn merchandise within 30 days of the order date. This does not apply to footcare and jewellery. For the purchase of pre-orders, the 30 period
will apply from the dispatch date provided. Dates will vary per style.Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and be in the original condition
as when it was received. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returns/exchanges. For exchange of size,
colour or style, please note your request on the invoice (enclosed with your purchase) and send to: Tony Bianco Shoes, PO Box 374, Abbotsford,
Victoria, 3067. Please note Tony Bianco retail stores do not accept any returns or exchanges of purchases made online. To return merchandise for a refund, please follow the same instructions as above indicating your requirements. We will credit your original method of payment or alternatively can issue a credit against your VIP account, excluding shipping charges and sales tax on shipping charges (unless goods are defective or not as ordered). Worn merchandise cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault. |
| Retail In-Store Returns Policy |
| Please choose carefully as we do not refund for change of mind or if you simply make a wrong choice. We will happily exchange or issue a Credit Note on goods returned in original condition, within 14 days and on presentation of store receipt. Change of mind policy does not apply to goods reduced in price for sale purposes or on the sale of accessories. We will refund on manufacturing fault in accordance with the relevant legislation, however we reserve the right to repair or replace where applicable and goods may require assessment. |
